HB 130 -- Podiatrists
This bill changes the name of the State Board of Chiropody or Podiatry to the State Board of Podiatric Medical Examiners and makes various technical changes throughout the bill to make the language consistent.
The bill also automatically makes members of the Board of Podiatry members of the Board of Podiatric Medical Examiners
The bill changes the name and transfers all funds from the Board of Podiatry Fund to the Board of Podiatric Medical Examiners Fund.
The bill establishes a definition of the human foot.
