HB 104 -- St. Louis Police Retirement
This bill directs the St. Louis Police Retirement Board to refund
without interest all contributions made by disabled members. The refund will be made from the retirement system within 60 days after the member's retirement and will be in addition to other annuities or retirement allowances. Contributions are currently refunded only to regular retirees.
