HB 55 -- Youth Service and Conservation Corps
The bill requires participants in the Youth Service and Conservation Corps to be between the ages of 16 and 24. In addition, the bill increases the amount of leave that participants can use to attend classes to attain a Graduate Equivalency Diploma from 5 to 20 hours.
