SB 1114 - This act requires health benefit plans to provide coverage for prostheses and scalp hair prostheses worn for hair loss suffered as a result of cancer treatment. The coverage is subject to benefit limits and restrictions on out-of-pocket costs, as specified in the act.
This act is substantially similar to SB 345 (2025), SB 1046 (2024), and HB 2393 (2024).
