SB 1261 - Currently, the COVID-19 vaccination status of a potential organ donor or organ transplant recipient, with some exceptions, shall not be considered in any part of the organ transplant process. This act repeals this provision of law. This act is identical to SB 471 (2025) and HB 2368 (2024).
