SB 952 - This act repeals certain sections of law which were declared unconstitutional in United States v. Missouri and modifies other provisions of the Second Amendment Preservation Act. Under the act, the state of Missouri and its political subdivisions shall have no authority to assist in the enforcement of certain federal acts, laws, executive orders, rules, and regulations relating to firearms.
