SB 1595 - The act repeals provisions stating that certain county commissions and health center boards shall not promulgate rules that impose standards or requirements on an agricultural operation that are inconsistent with any provision of current law. The act is identical to SB 400 (2025), SB 1367 (2024), and HB 375 (2024).
