SB 1429 - Current law requires withholding tax returns to be submitted electronically by employers with at least two hundred fifty employees. Beginning January 1, 2026, this act requires such electronic returns for employers with an amount of employees that meets or exceeds the threshold provided in federal law.JOSH NORBERG
