SB 803 - Under this act, no person shall knowingly perform, induce, or attempt to perform or induce an abortion on another person using mifepristone, except in cases of medical emergency, without providing a specified written notice about abortion pill reversal. The Department of Health and Senior Services shall publish and maintain on its website information about abortion pill reversal and the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, the Department of Higher Education and Workforce Develop, and the Department of Health and Senior Services shall develop a public awareness sign consistent with these provisions. Under this act, hospital emergency rooms shall display a public awareness sign, as specified in the act, on abortion pill reversal and other awareness signs.
