SB 566 - Current law requires any veteran who receives a small business loan through the State Treasurer's linked deposit program to complete a boots-to-business program approved by the Department of Economic Development. This act makes participation in such program optional. This act is identical to HB 1562 (2025) and to a provision in SS#2/HB 419 (2025).
