SB 730 - This act allows the Attorney General to appeal a preliminary injunction in which the state or state official is preliminarily enjoined from implementing, enforcing, or otherwise effectuating any provision of the Missouri Constitution or of any Missouri statute or regulation. If the injunction existed prior to August 28, 2025, the attorney general shall appeal any such injunction by September 12, 2025. This act is identical to a provision in the truly agreed to and finally passed SS#2/SCS/SB 22 (2025), is substantially similar to HCS/HB 839 (2025), and is similar to SB 728 (2025).
