SB 426 - This act lowers the minimum age of a student who may enroll in an adult high school from twenty-one years to eighteen years. This act is identical to HB 1110 (2025) and is similar to HCS/HB 32 (2025) and provisions in CCS/HCS/SS/SCS/SB 68 (2025), CCS/HCS/SS/SB 150 (2025), SCS/HCS/HB 607 (2025), and HCS/HB 712 (2025).
