Current Bill Summary

SB 561 - This act provides that any person guilty of a class E felony of resisting or interfering with arrest shall have his or her vehicle impounded and forfeited pursuant to law.

This act is identical to a provision in SS/SCS/SBs 52 & 44 (2025) and is substantially similar to a provision in the truly agreed to and finally passed SS#2/SCS/HCS#2/HB 495 (2025).
