SB 453 - This act provides that any person convicted of the offense of tampering with a judicial officer and the offense of tampering with a judicial proceeding shall not be eligible for parole, probation, or conditional release.

This act is identical to provisions in HCS/SS/SB 218 (2025), in SCS/HCS/HB 615 (2025), in SCS/HCS/HB 1259 (2025), in HCS/HB 1457 (2025), SB 1441 (2024), and in the perfected HCS/HB 2700 (2024).
