SB 1173 - This act requires any member of the General Assembly who sponsors or co-sponsors legislation that will directly benefit their employer to disclose such information to the Missouri Ethics Commission (MEC) within 15 days of introducing the legislation. The MEC is required to develop a mechanism for this reporting requirement and is empowered to promulgate rules to that effect.SCOTT SVAGERA
