SB 916 - This act excludes from eligible MO HealthNet providers any abortion facility or any affiliate or associate thereof.

This act is identical to SB 637 (2022) and substantially similar to provisions of SB 160 (2023), SS/SB 667 (2022), and HB 2 (1st Extraordinary Session (2021)).
