SB 1176 - This act provides that any business entity currently allowed to sell intoxicating liquor not to be consumed upon the premises may deliver intoxicating liquor to a consumer by utilizing a common carrier, an employee of the retailer, or by a third-party assigned agent of the retailer. This act is substantially similar to SB 697 (2023).
