SB 1079 - For elections in which the board of education of a school district submits to the voters a question whether to issue additional bonds that do not result in an increase to the current debt service property tax levy, this act requires the ballot language for such question to include language that indicates that if the proposition is not approved, the current debt service levy shall be reduced upon the retirement of outstanding bonds, as described in the act.JOSH NORBERG
