HCS/SS/SB 25 - This act exempts from a taxpayer's Missouri adjusted gross income the amount of any federal, state, or local grant moneys received by the taxpayer, and the amount of any discharged federal, state, or local indebtedness incurred by the taxpayer for the purpose of providing or expanding access to broadband internet in this state.
