SB 319 - This act reauthorizes the Joint Committee on Disaster Preparedness and Awareness, making it a permanent committee. Additionally, this act provides that a chairperson and vice-chairperson, one of whom shall be a member of the Senate and the other a member of the House of Representatives, shall be elected for a two-year term.
