SJR 27 - This joint resolution, if approved by the voters, modifies voter qualifications. Current law provides that all citizens of the United States are entitled to vote in all elections. This resolution requires that only citizens of the United States are entitled to vote in all elections. This resolution is identical to HJR 141 (2022), HJR 48 (2021), and HJR 75 (2020). SCOTT SVAGERA
