SB 155 - Currently, certain commissioners of the Missouri State Fair Commission must be active farmers or members of county or regional fair boards. Additionally, current law provides that no more than four commissioners shall be members of the same political party. This act repeals these requirements and provides that up to three members of the Commission may be from the Congressional district in which the fairgrounds are located.
