SB 260 - This act repeals a portion of the tax on motor fuel, and the exemption and refund process applicable to that portion. This act is similar to SB 242 (2023), SB 454 (2023), and HB 2884 (2022), identical to SB 10 (2022 First Extraordinary Session), and similar to SB 811 (2022), SB 782 (2022), SB 1149 (2022), and HB 1594 (2022).
