SB 546 - This act repeals current law authorizing the cultivation, possession, and use of hemp extract for treatment of intractable epilepsy. This act is identical to HB 644 (2023) and substantially similar to provisions in the truly agreed to and finally passed SS/HB 202 (2023). SARAH HASKINS
