Current Bill Summary

SB 1202 - Under this act, the abortion laws of the state of Missouri, including those prohibiting the use of public funds for an abortion and those regulating the manner and means by which an abortion is performed or induced, shall apply to all conduct occurring within this state; partially within and partially outside this state, as described in the act; outside of this state, as described in the act, including when an unborn child shall be considered a resident of this state; or anywhere in the world, when it involves an offense related to genocide and forced abortions.

The Attorney General, law enforcement agencies, courts, and administrative agencies of this state are authorized to issue subpoenas, conduct discovery, or engage in any other legal, investigative, or administrative processes reasonably related to the enforcement of this act.
