SB 1192 - Under current law, certain persons may be eligible for up to $156 a month in supplemental welfare assistance for home care in licensed residential care facilities. This act removes that monthly cap and makes such assistance subject to appropriations. This act is similar to provisions in CCS/HCS/SS/SB 690 (2022) and HCS/HB 2727 (2022).
