SB 1179 - This act changes the expiration date of the Missouri Rx Plan from August 28, 2022, to August 28, 2029. This act is identical to provisions in the truly agreed to and finally passed SS/HB 2400 (2022), the truly agreed to and finally passed CCS/HCS#2/SB 710 (2022), CCS/HCS/SS/SB 690 (2022), and HB 2820 (2022).
