This act is identical to provisions of SS/SB 667 (2022), SCS/HCS/HB 2012 (2022), HCS/HB 1854 (2022), HB 1987 (2022), and SB 6 (2021 1st Extra. Session) and substantially similar to provisions in HB 1461 (2022).
