SJR 35 - This proposed constitutional amendment, if approved by the voters, creates the Department of the National Guard, which shall consist of the Adjutant General and shall administer the militia and any programs relating to military forces. This amendment is identical to SCS/HJR 6 (2021) and is similar to the truly agreed to and finally passed HJR 116 (2022), SJR 7 (2021), SJR 59 (2020), and HJR 103 (2020).
