SB 1042 - This act provides that if an insurance policy is purchased through an electronic device or platform, or initially delivered by electronic means, the policyholder, applicant, or insured shall be deemed to have consented to electronic delivery of further documents and notices related to the policy and claims under the policy. The act shall not affect the rights of these parties to withdraw this consent. This act is similar to HB 2168 (2022). ERIC VANDER WEERD
