HS/HB 2310 - This act creates a number of state designations, including the following:

1. Every June 19th, known as Juneteenth, shall be a state holiday. This provision is identical to HB 2431 (2022) and a provision in HB 1629 (2022). (Section 9.010);

2. Renames the first week of March as "Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) Week" (Section 9.138);

3. Designates June as "Myasthenia Gravis Awareness Month" (Section 9.275);

4. Designates July 2nd as "Mormon War Remembrance Day". (Section 9.280);

5. The first full week in February as "School Counseling Week". This provision is identical to HB 2456 (2022). (Section 9.308);

6. September 22nd of every year as "Hazel Erby Day". This provision is identical to HB 1739 (2022). (Section 9.339);

7. Every May 10th as "School Bus Drivers' Appreciation Day". This provision is identical to HB 1628 (2022). (Section 9.343);

8. Designates every September as "Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) Awareness Day". This provision is identical to HB 1782 (2022), HCS/HB 2462 (2022), and HB 1629 (2022). (Section 9.345);

9. Designates July as "Uterine Fibroid Awareness Month". This provision is identical to HB 2233 (2022). (Section 9.346);

10. The month of October is designated as "Substance Abuse Awareness and Prevention Month". (Section 9.347);

11. Every September 15th to October 15th as "Hispanic Heritage Month". This provision is identical to HB 2069 (2022). (Section 9.349);

12. Designates every October 1st as "Biliary Atresia Awareness Day" in memory of Annistyn Kate Rackley. (Section 9.350);

13. The month of May and every May 10th shall be designated as "Lupus Awareness Month" and "Lupus Awareness Day". This provision is identical to a provision in HCS/HB 2462 (2022). (Section 9.352);

14. The month of February is designated as "Black History Month". This provision is identical to a provision in SS/SCS/HCS/HB 2627 (2022). (Section 9.353);

15. The month of November is designated as "Native American Heritage Month". This provision is identical to a provision in SS/SCS/HCS/HB 2627 (2022). (Section 9.356);

16. Designates March as "Triple Negative Breast Cancer Awareness Month". This provision is identical to HB 2800 (2022). (Section 9.357);

17. Changes the name of the official state dinosaur to the Parrosaurus Missouriensis dinosaur. This provision is identical to HB 2477 (2022). (Section 10.095);

18. Names the book entitled "Missouri's Great Flood of '93 - Revisiting an Epic Natural Disaster" by Kenneth L. Kieser as the official state work chronicling the 1993 flood. This provision is identical to HB 2458 (2022). (Section 10.205);

19. Designates the "Chief of Police Ferman R Raines Memorial Highway" in Pulaski County. This provision is identical to HB 1687 (2022). (Section 227.475);

20. Designates the "George Washington Highway" in St. Charles County. This provision is identical to HCB 3 (2022). (Section 227.774);

21. Designates the "Daniel Boone Highway" in St. Charles County. This provision is identical to HB 2759 (2022). (Section 227.775);

22. Renames the "Veterans Memorial Bridge" in Ripley County as the "Ripley County Veterans Memorial Bridge". This provision is identical to HB 2308 (2022). (Section 227.785);

23. Renames the "David Dorn Memorial Highway" in St. Louis as the "Captain David Dorn Memorial Highway". This provision is identical to HB 1738 (2022). (Section 227.787);

24. Designates the "WWII Henry Archie Black Memorial Bridge" in Polk County. This provision is identical to HB 2475 (2022). (Section 227.796);

25. Designates the "Police Officer Richard C Fleming Memorial Highway" in Jackson County. This provision is identical to HB 1460 (2022). (Section 227.808);

26. Designates the "Atomic Veterans Memorial Highway" in Jasper County. This provision is identical to HB 1652 (2022). (Section 227.809);

27. Designates a portion of State Highway J in Pemiscot County as the "Annistyn Kate Rackley Memorial Highway". This provision is identical to HCB 3 (2022). (Section 227.810);

28. Designates the "Russell Lee Burton Memorial Highway" in Montgomery County. This provision is identical to HB 2524 (2022). (Section 227.811);

29. Designates the "Firefighter Benjamin J Polson Memorial Highway" in St. Louis County. This provision is identical to HB 2790 (2022). (Section 227.812);

30. Designates the "Samuel C Houston Memorial Highway" in Clay County. This provision is identical to HB 2744 (2022). (Section 227.813);

31. Designates the "SP5 Billy J Meador Memorial Highway" in St. Francois County. This provision is identical to HCB 3 (2022). (Section 227.814);

32. Designates the "WO1 Reginald D Cleve Memorial Highway" in St. Francois County. This provision is identical to HCB 3 (2022). (Section 227.815);

33. Designates the "Championship Way" in Clinton and Clay Counties. This provision is identical to HB 2821 (2022). (Section 227.817);

34. Establishes the labeling and qualifying of liquor as "Ozark Highland" spirits. This provision is identical to HB 2621 (2022). (Section 311.028);

35. Designates the "Marine LCPL Jared Schmitz Memorial Bridge" in St. Charles County. (Section 1);

36. Designates every November 5th as "Cora Faith Walker Remembrance Day". (Section 2);

37. April 11th to April 17th of each year is designated as "Black Maternal Health Week". (Section 3);

38. Designates the month of April as "Minority Health Month". (Section 4);

39. Designates the bridge on I-70 crossing over Highway N in St. Louis County as the "Honorable Cora Faith Walker Memorial Bridge". (Section 5);

40. Beginning August 28, 2022, the Department of Transportation shall restart its city and county accomplishment program allowing a city or county to display up to three accomplishments below its jurisdictional boundary sign. (Section 6);

41. Beginning August 28, 2022, city populations shall be included in city limit signs. (Section 7);

42. Every May 2nd is designated as "Pinhook Remembrance Day". (Section 8);

43. Every November 9th is designated as "Dorrel Norman Elvert "Whitey" Herzog Day". (Section 9).
