HB 2160 - This act modifies the definitions of "sexual conduct" and "sexual contact."

Additionally, this act adds that tier I sexual offenders shall include any offender adjudicated for the offense of sexual conduct in the course of public duty if the victim is 18 years of age or older or sexual contact with a student 18 years of age or older.

This act adds that tier II sexual offenders shall include any offender adjudicated for the offense of sexual conduct in the course of public duty if the victim is between 13 and 17 years of age or sexual abuse in the first degree if the victim is between 13 and 17 years of age.

Finally, this act adds that tier III sexual offenders shall include any offender who is required to register as a tier II sexual offender and who is found to be present within a prohibited place under the law.
