HB 1564 Modifies provisions relating to blind pensions

HB 1564 - Current law requires the Department of Social Services to send any notice regarding blind pensions to an applicant or recipient by certified mail to the applicant or recipient's address of record. This act removes the requirement that such mail be certified.

This act is identical to SB 974 (2020) and HB 1270 (2020).
