HB 2372 - Currently, when the General Assembly is not in session, a certain number of parking spaces in the northwest capitol complex parking garage shall be made available to all state employees. This act repeals this provision and provides that no unlicensed and unregistered vehicles are allowed to park in the capitol complex parking garages.JIM ERTLE
