SB 1047 - Under this act, the General Assembly occupies and preempts the entire field of legislation concerning the protection of the people of Missouri from infectious, contagious, communicable, or dangerous diseases to the complete exclusion of any order, ordinance, or regulation by any political subdivision of this state not enacted or implemented under specific authority granted by the General Assembly. This act has an emergency clause.
