SB 903 - This act designates the first full week of May each year as "Tardive Dyskinesia Awareness Week" to promote awareness of the movement disorder tardive dyskinesia. The provisions of this act shall expire on August 28, 2027.
This act is identical to provisions in the truly agreed to and finally passed SS/SCS/HCS/HB 2627 (2022) and substantially similar to provisions in the truly agreed to and finally passed SS/SCS/HB 1738 (2022), HCS/HB 2462 (2022), HB 2525 (2022), and SCS/SB 403 (2021).
