SCS/SB 1133 - Under this act, the Board of Pharmacy shall not deny, revoke, suspend, or otherwise take any disciplinary action against a pharmacist who dispenses, distributes, or sells ivermectin or hydroxychloroquine sulfate tablets for human use. Additionally, no pharmacist shall ask the patient the reason or purpose for which such medications shall be used.

This act is substantially similar to provisions in the truly agreed to and finally passed CCS#2/SS/HB 2149 (2022) and SB 1242 (2022).
