SB 1118 - This act requires every public school and charter school to provide period products in the restrooms for all middle school, junior high, and high school buildings in which there are students in grades six through 12 at no charge to the students by July 1, 2023. "Period Products" as defined in the act are tampons and sanitary napkins for use in connection with the menstrual cycle. This act is identical to HB 1842 (2022) and HB 653 (2021) and similar to HB 1843 (2022) HB 1954 (2020).
