SB 723 - This act creates the "Medicaid Stabilization Fund" in the state treasury. The fund shall consist of moneys received due to the increased 5% Medicaid Federal Medical Assistance Percentage (FMAP) in the federal American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 and any other appropriations made by the General Assembly. Such funds shall be used by the Department of Social Services solely for the MO HealthNet program.SARAH HASKINS
