Current Bill Summary

SB 875 - Under current law, a person may vote absentee for candidates and ballot issues in any election in which he or she is eligible to vote if such person expects to be prevented from going to the polls for specified reasons. This act permits a person to vote absentee for any reason or no reason at all.
