SB 398 - Under this act, no public funds shall be paid, granted, or expended, directly or indirectly, to an abortion facility or any affiliate of an abortion facility, or for abortion services, human cloning, or prohibited human research.

This act is identical to SCS/SB 917 (2020) and similar to SJR 18 (2021).
