SB 275 - This act requires the General Assembly to appropriate funds to be used for the purpose of making funds, staff, and facilities available for newly elected members of the General Assembly who were not incumbents at the time of the election. The amount appropriated shall not exceed $2,500 for a senator-elect and $1,000 for a representative-elect and any amount not expended during the transition shall revert to general revenue.JIM ERTLE
