HA 1, AS AMENDED - DESIGNATES JULY 25, 2021, AS "CHRISTMAS IN JULY". THIS PROVISION CONTAINS AN EMERGENCY CLAUSE.

HA 2 - DESIGNATES NOVEMBER 30TH OF EACH YEAR AS "MARK TWAIN DAY", EVERY MARCH 5TH AS "IRON CURTAIN SPEECH DAY", AND EVERY NOVEMBER 30TH AS "JOHN JORDAN 'BUCK' O'NEIL DAY".

HA 3, AS AMENDED - DESIGNATES THE MONTH OF APRIL AS "LIMB LOSS AWARENESS MONTH, EVERY MARCH 26TH AS "PIONEERING BLACK WOMEN'S DAY", AND THE FIRST FULL WEEK IN FEBRUARY AS "SCHOOL COUNSELING WEEK".

HA 4 - PROVIDES THAT "FOX TROTTER WEEK" SHALL BE KNOWN AS "MISSOURI FOX TROTTER WEEK.

HA 5 - DESIGNATES EVERY APRIL 16TH AS "MISSOURI DONATE LIFE DAY".

HA 6 - DESIGNATES SEPTEMBER 22, 2021, AS "HAZEL ERBY DAY".

HA 7 - CREATES THE MISSOURI MEDAL OF HONOR RECIPIENTS FUND TO PAY ANY RENEWAL FEE FOR A MEMORIAL BRIDGE OR MEMORIAL HIGHWAY SIGNS FOR MISSOURI MEDAL OF HONOR RECIPIENTS FOR MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF ALL SUCH SIGNS. INDIVIDUALS AND CORPORATIONS MAY DESIGNATE A ALL OR A PORTION OF THEIR TAX REFUND TO THE FUND. AFTER AUGUST 28, 2021, NO FEES SHALL BE ASSESSED AND ALL COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE CONSTRUCTION, MAINTENANCE AND INSTALLATION OF SIGNS FOR SUCH DESIGNATIONS SHALL BE FUNDED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION. FINALLY, THE AMENDMENT DESIGNATES A PORTION OF STATE HIGHWAY T IN FRANKLIN COUNTY AS "MEDAL OF HONOR PVT GEORGE PHILLIPS MEMORIAL HIGHWAY".

HA 8, AS AMENDED - DESIGNATES THE THIRD FULL WEEK OF MARCH AS "VICTIMS OF CORONAVIRUS MEMORIAL WEEK" AND THE THIRD FULL WEEK IN SEPTEMBER AS "SICKLE CELL AWARENESS WEEK".

HA 9, AS AMENDED - DESIGNATES THE 4TH SATURDAY IN JULY AS "NATIONAL DAY OF THE COWBOY", A PORTION OF I-64 IN THE CITY OF ST.
