SB 203 - This act specifies that no moving violation shall be reduced or amended to a non-moving violation for any person holding a temporary instruction permit to operate a motor vehicle (Section 302.130.9), or for any person holding an intermediate driver's license (Section 302.178.5).

This act is similar to SB 981 (2020) and HB 1126 (2019).
