SB 272 - This act prohibits the State Lottery Commission, any employee of the State Lottery, and any organization contracted with the State Lottery from publishing identifying information of any person who wins the state lottery. A violation of this act is a Class A misdemeanor. This act is identical to HB 1563 (2020). JOSH NORBERG
