SJR 8 - This proposed constitutional amendment, if approved by the voters, requires the election day for any ballot measure submitted to the qualified voters of any political subdivision or special district that proposes a bond, a new tax or fee, or an increase in an existing tax or fee to be the first Tuesday after the first Monday in August or the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November.
