SB 238 - This act modifies the Board of Trustees of the Missouri Department of Transportation and Highway Patrol Employees' Retirement System to include one member of the State Highways and Transportation Commission, instead of three members. Additionally, this act provides that the Board shall include one member with institutional investment experience appointed by the Governor. This act is similar to SB 955 (2020) and HCS/HB 2165 (2020). KATIE O'BRIEN
