HCS/HB 443 - This act modifies provisions of current law relating to cemetery trust funds by providing that when net income from the trust funds is not sufficient to support, maintain, and beautify a cemetery, the county commission may also use as much of the trust fund or funds principal as the commission deems necessary for such purposes. This act also provisions related to cemetery endowed care by adding a definition of a "human and pet cemetery". Such cemeteries shall be treated as traditional cemeteries for purposes of licensing and endowed care. SARAH HASKINS
