HB 298 - A provision allowing a taxpayer to donate a portion of his or her income tax refund to the Missouri National Guard Foundation fund expired on December 31, 2020. This act reauthorizes such donation until December 31, 2033. This act is identical to SB 784 (2020). JOSH NORBERG
