HB 100 - This act creates a "Negro Leagues Baseball Museum" special license plate. Upon making a $10 contribution to the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum, a vehicle owner may apply for the plates. Applicants shall also pay a $15 fee in addition to regular registration fees, but no additional fee shall be charged for the personalization of the plates.

This act is identical to the truly agreed to and finally passed SB 189 (2021), provisions in HCS/SB 38 (2021), provisions in HCS/SS/SB 46 (2021), and provisions in HCS/SS/SB 89 (2021), and similar to HB 2690 (2020).
